The founders of E-PRO bring with them fifty years of rich and diverse project management experience in the energy, construction, rail, education, banking and health sectors.

Founders

Anurag Gupta

BE (Electrical), PMP, CPEng, RPEQ

Anurag has thirty-four years of experience in the energy sector and his career covers leadership roles in management, business development, operations, project/contract management, asset management, people development, project delivery and advisory. In the formative years of his career he gained project management and technical expertise in Extra High Voltage installations and delivered on multi-billion dollar World Bank/ADB funded projects. As an external faculty to the Queensland University of Technology, he has prepared and assisted in courses on Contract Management and Substation Design. He has authored and presented several papers on sustainable development, collaborative leadership, asset management and other transmission and distribution topics in the Asia Pacific region.

Poonam Gupta

MSc, MBA, PMP

Poonam has a track record of planning and managing multimillion-dollar programs and projects successfully. She has over fourteen years of experience leading/directing business transformation programs through excellent communicating, influencing and negotiating skills for successful outcomes. Her experience in integrating business change components within operational environment is thorough and comprehensive. She held end-to-end responsibility a portfolio of enterprise common service projects. She is conversant with SDLC and Agile delivery methods to develop implementation plans and schedules.
